F!#K is an understatement :-)
This F!#K made my decision! After the ending of 2009 I will not continue training STA 2010 in the way I'm currently doing. A WR slightly around 10:20 was in reach, I estimated breaking it during first 6 months 2010 ... but 11:35 !!!
Stephane is truly a 8th dan black belt in STA !!
